As a project leader, one of the most important activities you focus on is keeping your team motivated. Let me share with you 2 ways to accomplish it.

1. Be sure that all team members have the chance to see one or more of his/her ideas in the improvement plan. Never leave a team member without the chance to see his/her ideas be part of the improvement plan. We all like to be part of creating a successful story.

2. Find out what are the strengths of each team member and be sure the team member is assigned to tasks where they can use them. This will allow them to shine.

Remember the best part of being a project leader is to have the chance to build a winning team that when looking back, feels proud of what was accomplished.
